June the 23rd

6/23/15

Yesterday I lost a dear friend.
She was dear to me not because of the length of time
We knew each other
But because of our struggle together

I met her thru dialysis
During one of my son's treatments

Her family was warm and inviting
We laughed, we cried

She lost her battle but won the war..
Until we meet again
Rest well my dear friend
