Even though you knew the end was near
You fought your giant courageously

Your last week you ate as you lived, with vivaciousness
No rules or limitations
Your voice was color filled
Full of rebellion & mischievous humor
Reminding us of who you are
So much so that when your body finally gave up the fight
We saw only what you truly were
Alive and full of All things good
With celebration we welcomed your transition
